Hydraulic Diaphragm Series
 
Control system with patented technology accurately controls the compensating valve, and thus ensures that the diaphragm isn't overloaded. Even under some harsh circumstances, for example, jam or closure of outlet valve, the pump doesn't go wrong, because compensating valve can be driven only when the diaphragm is sucked to the end of the stroke. In other words, compensating valve is opened only if the diaphragm touches the arresting pin. In this way, the overload of hydraulic pressure system is prevented, and service life of the diaphragm is over 10,000 hours.
     
At the same time, a built-in relief valve is installed in the hydraulic pressure system of pump head, and thus protects pump head and mechanical transmission mechanism in case of overload. This protective system can be safely applied to liquids of low, medium and high viscosity, as well as the metering and transportation of turbid solutions and all kinds of suspensions.

Hydraulic Double-Diaphragm Alarm Series
 
This series has above-mentioned performances of single diaphragm pumps, and its own characteristics. By using the idler cavity, it can send out alarm signal timely when either one diaphragm is damaged.
 
Equipped with double diaphragms and sensor of diaphragm breakage, it sends out alarm signal timely when one diaphragm is damaged. Even if one diaphragm bursts at work, workers on the spot or in the control room are able to observe the alarm signal. Meanwhile, the other diaphragm continues to work. This ensures the seal of system operation, prevents the carried liquid from mixing with hydraulic oil, prevents the air from entering the system and the loss of metering liquid. Moreover, it wins precious time for you to adjust the system and replace the diaphragm. Compared with similar diaphragm metering pumps, this double-diaphragm pump is safe and reliable, and has longer service life and wider application scope. Control of diaphragm breakage is monitored by pressure switch, and pressure transmitter outputs 4~20mA signal, in order to control it.
 

Hydraulic Triple-Diaphragm Alarm Series¡¢Hydraulic Quadruple-Diaphragm Alarm Series
 
Advanced triple-diaphragm hydraulic system is safer and more reliable to transport penetrative, radioactive and other very hazardous chemical substances. This triple-diaphragm hydraulic system resists the penetration of penetrative chemicals. When penetrating the second diaphragm, harmful substance will react with medium between two diaphragms, and thus penetrative chemicals are stopped from entering the cavity of hydraulic oil. Medium between two diaphragms can be replaced through top hole and bottom hole at fixed period.
 
Equipped with three diaphragms and sensor of diaphragm breakage, it sends out alarm signal timely when one diaphragm is damaged.
 
Control of diaphragm breakage is monitored by pressure switch, and pressure transmitter outputs 4~20mA signal, in order to control it.
 
This valve is widely used in fluorine chemical and hydrofluoric acid, nuclear power and highly hazardous situations.
 
More advanced quadruple-diaphragm hydraulic system is a patented product researched and developed by DEPAMU, which is one and only in the world. Remote Series
 
Valve head structure of remote pump head realizes the design of short distance between suction valve and discharge valve, and thus effectively reduces the sedimentation time of liquid medicine. This series is applicable to high temperature liquid medicine, high viscosity liquid medicine, venomous and other dangerous liquid medicine, as well as those occasions that have special requirements of installation position.
 
At the same time, the cooling system can be installed on the conveying pipes of valve head and pump head to avoid the negative effect arisen from over high temperature for pump head and mechanical driving part.


Hydraulic Temperaturecontrolled Series
 
In case the temperature of liquid medicine shall be controlled, when liquid medicine enters the pump head, pump head carries out cold and heat exchange, and temperature compensation, and thus ensures correct adding of liquid medicine. In addition, liquid viscosity drops as the temperature rises. According to this feature, when viscous liquid is transported, in order to increase the fluidity of liquid, cold and heat exchange is used to raise the temperature of liquid medicine entering pump head, and thus controls the viscosity of the carried medium, ensures smooth transportation and precise metering.
 
Heat exchange part of temperature-controlled pump head is made of high quality red copper pipe that is processed into warped piece of cooling rib. Unique spiral deflector makes cooling liquid welter and flow spirally, continuously and evenly, which has greatly enhanced the efficiency of cold and heat exchange. This pump head is applicable to high-temperature technology system, or those systems that require controlling the temperature of entering liquid medicine.
 
At the same time, the matching connector with a cooling device can reduce the negative effect arisen from over high temperature for mechanical driving part.

 


Plunger-type Series- Plunger Pump Head
 
Plunger-type metering pump boasts relatively high metering accuracy. Compared with diaphragm type pumps, plunger-type metering pump is equipped with simpler structure, easier operation, wider application scope, relatively higher practicability and economy.
 
This series makes use of stuffing imported from German and aviation emery valve balls. Therefore, its sealing property is very excellent.

Plunger-type Series-Heat Insulated Jacket Plunger Pump Head
 
This is a specially designed plunger-type metering pump. Insulated sandwich shells are installed on liquid cylinder body, inlet and outlet, which carry out special heat preservation or cooling of carried mediums. At the same time, its sealed cavity is equipped with insulating or cooling jacket, to control the temperature of sealed cavity by conveying insulating or cooling mediums to the jacket.
 
The heat insulated jacket has two types like electrical heating and stream heating. The electrical heating features rapid heating speed. It is mainly used for the high temperature medium which can become crystal easily. The stream heating has advantages like steady heating and small temperature change. It is mainly applied to the medium required to be heated or having high viscosity which decreases with the increase of the temperature.
 
Special heat preservation design is available according to clients' need. Specially designed shells, jackets and sealing devices are applicable to those carried mediums that become crystal easily and shall be insulated.

Control System
 
With different control systems, the flow rate can be controlled manually, electrically or through variable frequency. Regulating ratio is 10: 1, and regulating accuracy is ¡À1%.
  • Manual control: When the metering pump is working or stopped, stroke length can be adjusted manually, and thus precisely regulates added dosage.
  • Variable frequency control: Frequency inverter can be connected to receive 4~20 mA and 0~20 mA control signals, and realize automatic regulation of stroke speed.
  • Electrical control: Electrical stroke controller is used to receive 4~20mA and 0~20mA control signals, and automatically adjust the length of stroke.

Electrical Stroke Control System
      
Electrical stroke controller connects with regulation axes of metering pump, receives external 4~20mA signal, works with limit switch to control the running of step motor, and thus controls the stroke. This adjuster features short response time (response time of the whole process is only 30 seconds), wide adjustment range (adjustment range is 10-100%), accurate positioning, free switch of manual and automatic control. Therefore, it is especially applicable to high-precision control occasions.

Plane pressurized return type check valve
 
It chooses corresponding springs according to different working conditions, and obtains accurate return stroke of valve plate. This valve has simple structure, sealing surface that can be made of multiple materials, wide opening flow channel and small adverse current. It is applicable to those mediums with low pressure, large flow rate and low viscosity.
Spherical deadweight return type check valve

 It is a standard valve body of metering pump. It returns depending on the deadweight of self-cleaning valve ball. It features stable operation, simple structure and only a little maintenance and repair. It is applicable to mediums with small specific gravity and low viscosity.

 

Cone pressurized return type check valve
 
It makes use of oblique cone sealing surface that is capable of cleaning and washing. Therefore, sediments of mediums don't adhere easily, and a better sealing effect is achieved. It is applicable to mediums with middle and low pressure, large flow rate and high viscosity.

 

Spherical pressurized return type check valve
 
It is equipped with strong sealing pressure and good sealing effect. Pressure of springs can overcome the relatively large buoyancy caused by viscous mediums, and thus the time of return stroke is shortened. It is applicable to high-pressure and high-viscosity mediums.

Mechanically driven diaphragm metering pump has the advantages of diaphragm pump and safety (operating pressure is as much as 1.0 Mpa, and maximum flow rate reaches 4000L/h.). Moreover, it is economic to invest.
Application
  • Sealing particles and lubricant of pump body are prevented from entering the medium transported, for example, the industry of drinking water and sewage treatment.
